I am so excited to be launching my book, Lifecircle Leadership: How Exceptional People Make Every Day Extraordinary, this week! This website will serve as a hub for all things related to myself and the book, which is great, but I wanted to provide something more – and so, I’m adding a blog.

This blog will serve three key purposes – to keep the conversation going, engage with readers (that’s you!) and to keep you informed on where I’ll be speaking and signing books.

There are plenty of themes in this book that I believe will make you a better leader, but I want to go beyond the book and help you make the connection to your everyday life. Many of my blog entries will take the themes and experiences you read about in the book and take an even deeper look at how they could apply to you. As I share those entries, I look forward to hearing from you – what resonates with you? What are your challenges? My goal is for this blog to serve as an extension of the book that reaches out to you, the readers.

In addition to having this online extension of the book, I’m also adding an in-person extension through a national book tour. There are so many leadership conferences throughout the country, and I’m excited about having the opportunity to speak at some of them as a part of the release of this book. In addition to larger events, I’ll also be connecting with smaller, local groups – like chambers of commerce, local chapters of Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO) and more. The third stop I’m hoping to make along the way is to local bookstores to have a chance to meet many of you – the readers – through book signings.
